Divorce

In legal terms, a divorce is called a dissolution of marriage. By whatever name, divorce is the restructuring of nearly every material aspect of your life. If you have children, it will inevitably restructure their lives, too.

Although every couple and every family is different, each divorce case involves only five primary components: children and your shared parenting arrangement, child support, division of property, spousal support, and attorney’s fees. Each of these factors interact with one another, and decision-points occur at every turn along the way.

We work hand in hand with the client, guiding him or her, listening to his or her concerns at every turn, but steadily leading on. We can see that a brighter future is ahead, even when the client loses faith. We structure the divorce in such a way as to minimize heartache and maximize our clients' potential to achieve their goals.
